This event is part of the 2025 Geelong Small Business Festival, proudly delivered by the City of Greater Geelong in partnership with the Geelong Chamber of Commerce.

Come explore the meaning and stories behind First Nations artwork with Wadawurrung man Rhys Jeffs, founder of Yeerra Ngitj Indigenous Inclusion and Design.

Join us for a unique Paint and Yarn experience where you’ll be taken on a journey to discover your own story, see through the eyes of First Nations people, and be included in the creation of your own meaningful artwork.

This is more than just a workshop — it’s an opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate culture in a safe and inclusive space. No artistic experience is needed — just bring an open mind and a willingness to share and listen.

This workshop will foster reflection, connection, and cultural learnings, with clear takeaways around community engagement, personal development, team building and creative expression that can be applied in business and in life.

Location: Wurriki Nyal (City of Greater Geelong), 137–149 Mercer Street, Geelong
